Zits begone !!

 zits ? Is it a cat ? Or a food ? so what izit ? Do you ever heard of it ? It's a common name of pimples (jerawat) in America. Usually this symptom happen to a few adolescence and teenagers (means 10-17 years old kids). But, it can a nightmare to other people. Imagine when you have a first date.After a good night wet-sleep, you wake up and taraa~ a big,red, fat-ass pimples at your preety little face...what da heck..can't imagine after that.

Now, what cause it ?

-Hormone imbalance
-Menstrual cycle (for woman )
-Extreme environment
-eating oily food

How to Treat ?

-don't ever pinch ,squeeze or pick the pimple.
-Apply pack of ice at pimple to decrease the swelling and redness for 2 minutes. Repeat every half an hour.
-Cleanse your skin 2-3 times a day with mild, unscented soap or a specialized acne cleanser like Garnier for Men face and skin care.
-use heavy makeup
